Three different water suppliers serve the towns we cover, and that affects the advice we give. Florence Water, run by the Town, uses four groundwater wells. EPCOR serves Anthem at Merrill Ranch and parts of San Tan Valley. Arizona Water Company serves Coolidge.

Permits differ too. The Town of Florence Community Development Department at 224 W. 20th Street, 520-868-7575, handles addresses inside town limits. Pinal County Building Safety at 85 N Florence Street handles unincorporated areas and, from July 1, 2026, San Tan Valley under an agreement with the Town.
